Four options are currently available
Appointments can be made through several channels. Discover the available channels for the service you are interested in via the relevant service page.
MyHUB
MyHUB is the application that puts you in control of your relations with our institutions. You can make appointments and view the diary of your scheduled appointments and hospitalisations. You can also keep your contact details up to date (address, telephone number, attending doctor, etc.) and tell us what options you want for your hospitalisation (menu preferences, room type, etc.).
Rosa
Rosa is an online appointment booking platform and application. Rosa lets you easily consult available appointment slots and identify the departments concerned, as well as information about the specialties of certain doctors or clinics. This tool is directly linked to our hospital directory. Find out more about Rosa and the processing of your personal data below.
Form
You can make an appointment using online forms. Depending on the department, the forms may vary and sometimes require additional information. Be precise and complete so that your request can be processed as efficiently as possible. You will then be contacted as soon as possible with a proposal for an appointment. You can modify or cancel an appointment via the form using your unique code.
Telephone
Find the numbers you need to make an appointment by telephone via the services page and the ‘My appointment’ buttons. You will find specific numbers for certain consultations or the general number. If you are asked to use the general number, you will be asked to make several choices when you call, using the keypad on your telephone. These choices will guide you to the right person.

What is the difference between rosa and MyHUB?
The associated hospital directory, such as the one for *Hôpital Universitaire de Bruxelles*, offers several advantages over the MyHUB patient portal:
1. **No Login Required for Appointment Slots**: Patients can view available appointment slots without needing to log in. This streamlined access allows for quicker decision-making and scheduling, enhancing convenience for users who prefer not to manage multiple accounts.
2. **Speed of the Platform**: The hospital directory is typically faster and more responsive, enabling users to navigate easily and find the information they need quickly. This speed enhances the overall user experience, making it easier for patients to access the services they require.
3. **Centralized Access**: The hospital directory integrates information from various specialties and departments within a single platform. This centralized approach simplifies the process for patients seeking different types of care, allowing them to find and book appointments across multiple services without navigating through different portals.
Overall, the associated hospital directory provides a user-friendly and efficient experience, making it a more convenient choice for patients compared to the MyHUB portal.
