Dentistry - Orthodontics (Pediatric)
Our role
The Dentistry - Orthodontics Service offers comprehensive management of all dental problems, as well as regular preventive follow-up to monitor the emergence of cavities and other oral health issues.
The service aims to prevent dental problems by providing advice on tooth brushing and diet. In addition, thorough dental examinations are conducted to detect cavities at an early stage.
Our specialities
Instructions on Oral Hygiene: Prevention and early detection of dental issues in children are essential to ensure good oral health.
Treatment of Dental Conditions: Interventions such as extractions, fillings, and dental infection treatments help alleviate pain, prevent complications, and maintain the functionality and appearance of teeth.
The Correction of Dental Misalignments:
Correcting dental misalignments in children is of paramount importance in improving mouth functionality. Indeed, these issues with tooth and jaw positioning lead to various complications, including difficulties in chewing, pronunciation, or dental aesthetics. That's why it is essential to resort to orthodontic treatments aimed at correcting these anomalies. The use of orthodontic appliances is one of the most commonly employed methods.
These orthodontic treatments also aim to prevent the development of malocclusions, which are bite problems, as well as respiratory deformities. Indeed, improper tooth or jaw positioning can lead to breathing difficulties, and even snoring or sleep apnea in some individuals. Therefore, it is crucial to detect potential obstacles to harmonious growth early and to treat them promptly. In some cases, functional rehabilitation may be necessary to correct harmful oral habits such as thumb sucking or mouth breathing.
